Vaccinated Outwith Scotland

If you received your COVID-19 vaccinations in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland, these can now be added to your vaccination record in Scotland. This is done through the NHS Inform site.

If you were vaccinated elsewhere, please send proof of your vaccination to the practice on [email protected]. This can take a couple of week to pull through onto the NHS Scotland Vaccination system.
