We are currently experiencing a high level of registrations due to the start of the university year; after completing your registration please wait a week before submitting an eConsult query or requesting a routine appointment to ensure your registration is complete.
If you feel your query is urgent, please call the practice on 01224 486702.
Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor and we will ask you for proof of identity. (Please refer to our registration policy below and why we ask for this). Please note that your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.
It is is important to note that you can only permanently register with a GP practice if you’re staying in the area for more than 3 months.
We are currently experiencing a high level of registrations, so it could take up to 14 days to be fully registered with the Practice. If you feel that you need to be seen urgently, please let the staff know.
Please note patients are registered with the practice and not an individual GP.
Medical treatment is available (depending on entitlement) from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
Step 1: Complete online registration form
Our online registration form will collect your details, a brief outline of your medical history and record your preferences. This information may be added to your record and will allow us to begin to provide you with medical services.
Step 2: Upload scans of photo identity and proof of address
Please deliver to the practice copies of two forms of your identity.
One form of identity must contain a photo of yourself and the other must provide evidence of your current address. You may upload your forms online.
